About Coed y Brenin
Coed y Brenin means 'Forest of the King' and is a forest renowned for its beautiful river valleys and waterfalls, its gold mining history and its wildlife. You can hang up your car keys, step out of your front door, and enjoy the many walking and mountain biking trails that weave through the forest.
Perched high on the ridge between the river valleys of the Mawddach and Eden, the cottage has stunning views and is the closest self catering accommodation to the Coed y Brenin Visitors Centre. The sensitively renovated cottage sleeps four people and blends modern comfort with historical charm.
About the Cottage
The 17th Century two bedroomed cottage features exposed oak beams and a quarry tile floor, giving the cottage a cosy but traditional feel.
